PROGRAMS FOR TEAMS

Assessing Adaptability

Adaptability is consistently ranked as the number one in-demand workplace skill. Yet, most organizations lack a reliable way to evaluate adaptability, making it difficult to grow at scale. The Adaptability Quotient (AQ) allows organizations to better understand and develop how effectively their teams can recover from setbacks, find new solutions and embrace change.

Participants will leave with:

• A personalized AQ profile containing actionable insights and resources

• An understanding of the ACE model of Adaptability (Ability, Character, Environment)

• A Team or Organization-wide AQ assessment that highlights strengths and improvement areas

AGENTS OF ADAPTABILITY

The pace of workplace change is accelerating and for many people that’s exhausting. Can teams practice adaptability in a way that leaves them feeling energized rather than depleted? We think so. That’s why we built this program.

Participants will leave with:

• A deeper understanding of adaptability and why it matters today

• Playful micro-practices to increase comfort with rapid change and uncertainty

• Often combined with Assessing Adaptability

BETTER MEETINGS

Boring-proof your online and in-person gatherings and leave your groups feeling aligned and alive. This program will equip your team with the tools and courage to lead engaging meetings and learning experiences. This one includes active practice and guided feedback.

Participants Will Leave With:

• Guiding principles to foster greater participation

• Confidence leading groups and frameworks for embracing the inevitable curveballs

• Tools to stimulate energy, focus and relationship-building that work online and off

Creative Confidence

Fear of the unknown. Fear of the messy first step. Fear of being judged. Fear of losing control. These fears can hold teams back from expressing creative confidence: the ability to generate new ideas and the courage to try them. To thrive in rapid change organizations need to create at all levels and across silos. Here’s how to practice.

Participants Will Leave With:

• An experience that demonstrates how to build environments that foster creative confidence

• Frameworks for building on new ideas collaboratively

• Practices to continue honing creative impulses and risk-taking

TEAMING WITH JOY

Many teams are feeling a little disconnected these days. This program unlocks a level of fun and human connection most don’t think possible at work. Participants move through a series of highly collaborative activities inspired by positive psychology and applied improvisation, while learning a bit about the scientific benefits of humour at work. This one is for new groups looking to bond and longstanding teams in need of a boost.

Participants Will Leave With:

• A deeper sense of togetherness and appreciation of each other

• A collection of new positive shared experiences that foster greater interpersonal risk-taking

• Activities to stimulate energy and alignment in future meetings
