Welcome to The Making-Box's monthly improv jam! For M-B students looking to hone some new skills and human beings who love to laugh.
HOW IT WORKS:
Want to play? Put your name in the bucket at the door to be called up on stage.
ACT ONE: SHORT-FORM
Learn and perform in short-form improv games lead members of The Making-Box Brigade and/or Battalion.
ACT TWO: LONG-FORM
We throw games out the window and do an open longform jam. If you've never tried open scene work before, this is a great place to dive in with support from some more experienced players.
ACT THREE: HEADLINER
Get inspired by some of Guelph's (or elsewhere's) most seasoned improvisers. Looking for some stage time? We're currently booking acts to headline upcoming jam!
