STAND-UP COMEDY 

In partnership with the City of Guelph, The Making-Box brings fundamental comedy writing skills along with stage performance tricks and tips to teens. By putting together a routine of original material, students will leave this program with stronger public speaking skills and a boost in confidence. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Marc Hallworth is an actor, comedian, writer, director, teacher, and improvisor from Calgary, Alberta.  He is a graduate of Humber College Comedy: Writing & Performance program where he was honoured with the Billy Crystal Sketch Award and the Mark Steven's Independent Producing Award. Select performance credits include the NXNE, Funniest Clean Comedian on the Lakeshore, and YYComedy Festivals, and the 2013 Toronto Comedy Brawl (semi-finalist).
